The presentation is geared toward first responders and those who also may be exposed to more trauma experiences due to their job, than the average person. The presenter will discuss who is potentially at a higher risk for witnessing traumatic events, what traumatic events can be and what Moral Injury and PTSD are. Individuals who attend this presentation should be able to identify warning signs, coping skills and when to reach out to get help. The presenter will share what it means to have a culturally competent therapist and how to find one and provide some national resources.
